Let's say it again...

The Metro Underground draws together various individuals from different cultures & different 'scenes' from across the spectrum. This includes: Fetish/BDSM, Swinger/Lifestyle, Burner, Goth, Rave, Alt.Music, LGBQT, & more! So please come w/ an open mind & conduct yourself  in a respectful manner to all those present.

House Rules:
   1. Consent Matters! So first & foremost, please respect each other.
   2. Please be respectful of the venue & its staff.
   3. Please respect the neighbors & watch your noise outside.

Playspace Rules:
   1. Do NOT Touch Another w/out Direct Express Permission!
   2. Always Be Respectful: No Means No!
   3. Never Interrupt a Scene.

   - For Assistance, see Dungeon Staff (w/ Red Armbands).
   - Playspace Staff has final say in all situations.
 
Photo Policy:  Absolutely NO Photo's in the playspace except by official Metro Photographers.

A Quick Note on Photography:


Again, only official DCFB photographers are allowed to take pics in playspace areas. We have wrist bands for those willing to be photographed, but if possible, photographers will still generally ask before they shoot.

 

Rights & Agreements: 


By acceptance of covering the event, all photographers have agreed to the following terms…

  • Richard A.D, DCFB, & The Metro have full rights to all pics taken at the event.
  • Photographers obviously maintain full rights to their pics as well.
  • All members attached to the ball have full rights to any pics that include them.


The previous statement is sent to all photographers as an update for each event we host. This creates a unilateral agreement which is legally binding. By accepting the email & agreeing to photograph the event, each party carries full rights as outlined in the update. Thank you.
